She understands the technical and planning attributes of specific building types and provides meaningful input into a project’s programming and conceptual design activities. Through the use of Mortenson’s cutting-edge VDC services, Mariya coordinates services including 3D constructability, 4D scheduling, 5D estimating, project planning, and site utilization. Additionally, she is well-versed in the implementation of wearable technologies to aid in design and construction including VR, AR, and MR. She has led the company in multiple initiatives to test how these wearable technologies can impact the industry.
